Fáilte Róimh, Welcome to the photographic images of Gary Connolly, The Irish Photographer - Last updated 20/4/12 My fourth solo exhibition date will be announced very soon. My main piece "Ophelia" and it's sister piece "The Birth of Venus" are looking so incredibly beautiful. Each will be limited to 10 prints at 30" x 20". I have concentrated on developing my FACEBOOK, TWITTER and BLOG presence which are going very well and numbers are building, there are images posted there that are not yet here for you to see. 	"We have no way of determining what makes art, ART. We just know what we like & are attracted to images on a subconscious level. On some layer within us art is appealing, almost necessary. I have observed & listened to people as they discover my work for the first time, I love the reaction that each persons subconscious sees & in some way validates, they make personal sense of a piece & add their own narrative, their own reasoning to an image. A lot of my images are instant, opportunistic, so too is the viewers reaction.
